Chicks dig scars "rust" and glory last forever!

I know this will come as a shock but believe it or not our 36 year old popup had some rust issues in the undercarriage department.

Yeah shocking I know. Well if the old girl is going to look good on the outside, she needs to look good on the underside to. Decided to use the same product I used on the tongue, chassis saver. This stuff goes on like chocolate pudding but once its on its on. "Don't ask me how I know this." By the way anyone know how to get chassis saver off the skin? Asking for a friend.

So here is the after shot. The picture really doesn't do it justice but all of the metal is now covered and I did an undercoating to the wood while I had her up in the air. No one is ever going to see it but I like knowing the gang will be tailgating on a strong foundation.

And while were at it lets hit those wheels also.

Before and after.

Not to shabby and the gloss black really pops.

So the last update I had created a bar top to replace the old sink and oven, might as well put her on while I'm here today.

Before and after

Decided to paint the top portion black to set it off from the rest of the wood grain pattern and I thought it would bring out the image on the top a little bit better. I think it turned out well. Let me know what you think.
